Working out to great music keeps us motivated, encourages us to sweat harder, and move longer–there’s no doubt about it. Strong rhythms and thumping beats helps us to push ourselves to keep our heart rates up and muscles burning. If you’re looking to mix up your workout playlist, Dogpound has some suggestions.

Talk about some inspiration. Not only does the pulse of this song helpful for keeping your heart rate up, the lyrics themselves will push you to the max. “All this is for my family, man, I try my hardest”–if that isn’t the Dogpound spirit, I don’t know what is.
Dogpound Trainer Bianca “Lady B” Vesco: Beyonce – Don’t Hurt Yourself
If you are looking for a song to get you pumped up and ready for the ring, Don’t Hurt Yourself is the one to listen to. With rock and punk influences, this song is gritty and powerful. Channel some Queen Bey and no one’s gonna mess you with you. Add a kick-ass boxing sesh and you’ll conquer the world.
