Starting something new can be super intimidating, but with these intuitive pieces of advice, Dara really breaks down what you need to know if you’ve never boxed before. Some of her advice seems pretty intuitive–like “1. Wear Form-Fitting Clothes”–but there is definitely information here that you may not have thought about–like not coming to class with a full stomach, or remembering to triple knot your shoe laces.
